Junior College RB Picks South Alabama
Northeast Mississippi Junior College RB Justin Jones has committed to the University of South Alabama.
Jones prepped at Horn Lake High School in Mississippi before moving on to Northwest Mississippi in 2010.
He had a stellar campaign as a freshman for NW Miss JC in '10 rushing for 920 yards and 8 TD on 149 carries while catching 27 passes for 281 yards and 3 TD.
He transferred to Northeast Mississippi and sat out the 2011 season. He should be a vital part of the NE Miss JC running attack as they look to replace over 800 yards on the ground.
While not the biggest back, Jones has a ton of suddenness, great balance, a burst of speed and a knack for making defenders miss.
He will have 2 to play 2 when he arrives in on the Gulf Coast.
